01
Mapusa
The working heart of North Goa — utility, town living and grounded residential stock.
Territory
Goa, considered.
NYSS begins with a focused North Goa territory — Mapusa, Porvorim, Assagao and Siolim — allowing the brand to develop deeper local knowledge and stronger relationships rather than attempting to cover everything at once.
Future expansion can be added as the network grows.
02
Porvorim
A practical centre for many families: connectivity, apartments and everyday North Goa life.
03
Assagao
Village quiet, considered homes and a landscape that rewards patience and local understanding.
04
Siolim
River, space and a more settled rhythm — often where the interesting resale conversations begin.
